The 2nd Edition of Hackathon in Construction
Last year, during the weekend of April 20-22, 2018 an amazing event happenned. New ideas and concepts emerged to change the construction industry !
If you come to this new edition, you will co-create innovative solutions for construction sector. Together with over 80 other enthusiasts, you will make your idea become a reality! You will be surrounded by the best coaches, developers and designers from Belgium. They will help your dream for "Smart Building" to turn into a startup!
During 3 days, and 30 hours of work dedicated to create digital & innovating solutions, you will provide wonderful new projects. From Friday evening, you will work by team composed of different profiles from all around Belgium: IT, business, construction and design. This multidisciplinarity will give the opportunity to each group to transform dreaming ideas to concrete solutions with real business opportunities.
This weekend gives attendees the chance to be exposed to and work with the entrepreneurial and business tools and be guided by 15 coaches during all the event. Each of you will acquire new skills and an unforgettable experience.
Sunday afternoon is your chance to pitch your final project in front of a jury composed of CEOs, chiefs in innovation and startup owners.

The 2nd Edition of Construction Hackathon
Flashback April 2018, an amazing event happened! New ideas and concepts were developed, leaving an impressive footprint on the construction industry!
Join us at the second edition of the Construction Hackathon and co-create innovative solutions for the construction industry. Together with over 80 other enthusiasts, you can bring your idea to life ! Surrounded by the best coaches, developers and designers in Belgium, it will become possible to turn your dream for "Smart Buildings" into an actual startup!
During 3 days, or 30 hours of work dedicated to creating digital & innovating solutions, exciting new projects will see the light of day. Friday evening, different profiles will be teamed up in separate groups, specialized in IT, business, construction and design. This multidisciplinarity will give each group the possibility to transform dreams and ideas into concrete solutions with real business opportunities.
On Saturday, the groups explore how its ideas can be turned into an achievable, structured business plan.
On Sunday, all the final projects will be pitched in front of a jury composed of CEOs, chiefs in innovation and startup owners.
The Construction Hackathon gives the participants the opportunity to be exposed to and work with a set of entrepreneurial and business tools, guided by 15 coaches during the entire event. We guarantee each participant to acquire new skills and to have an unforgettable experience.
